I attended the Bedfordshire County Show on a couple of blisteringly hot days in July 2013. One reason was for marketing my pet and equine photographic businesses and the other was to be the official photographer for a dog show – but that is another story. I ran a prize draw for a photoshoot and Tilly was the lucky winner for an equine shoot. After finding a place in Bedfordshire that I felt would complement my shoot last week, I was pleased that Tilly and her mother kindly agreed to transport their beautiful thoroughbred bay horse to Campton Plantation near Shefford. The weather was perfect and and we had a great couple of hours getting the shots we all wanted. The horse called Hooligan – unlike his name – was perfectly behaved ! Hooligan used to be a race horse but retired for an operation on his back. He is a very lucky horse !
Here are a few images from the shoot
